She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Friedrichsen and Betty Friedrichsen (Rothfus); her son Jonathan May; and her siblings, Gary Friedrichsen and Jan Friedrichsen.
She is survived by: her nephew Tucker; her sons, Chad May (Tiffany) of Knoxville and Derek May (Myrna) of Rancho Cucamonga, California; her grandchildren, Zane, Kendall, Addyson, Anabella, Benjamin and Connor; and her siblings, Karen Henson (Dick) of Bayard, Norma Seibert (Charles) of Adel, Robert Friedrichsen (Lisa) of Wakonda and John Friedrichsen (Beth) of Osceola, Wisconsin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory - Perry Chapel (1721 Park St, Perry, IA 50220).
