She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross McAllister and Emma McAllister; her son Mike; her husband Sam; and her siblings, Jess, Floyd, James, Maxine Long and Mae Reinier.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Beth) of Clive and Doug (Tammy) of Bloomington, MN; her granddaughters, Keaton Pulver (Scott), Kelsey James (Devin), Kelli Miller (James), Morgan Long (Mohamed) and Alli Brown (Scott); her great grandchildren, Stella, Abbott, Madden, Milo, McCoy, Malcolm and Archer; and her daughter-in-law Ann Long.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Scottish Rite Park in Des Moines.
