He was predeceased by: his brother Luke Murrell; and his grandparents, James, Ardith Murrell, Eugene and Helen Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Paul Murrell and Carol Ann Murrell (Smith) of Nevada; his sister Tammy Bullock (Monte) of Waterloo, WI; his nieces and nephews, Logan, Caleb, Abigail and Madison; and his special miniature pig Sergeant Hollywood. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wings of Refuge and Hope Ministries in Des Moines.
