He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Scott Beard of Chicago and Sarah Parsley (Steven); his grandchildren, Lucas and Charlotte of Altoona; and his sisters, Lori Raymond (Greg) of Shelter Island, NY and Janet Riley (Bobby) of Laurel Hill, FL..
