She is survived by: her husband Basil Townes, Sr.; her siblings, John Burrell Jr. (Else) and Marzetta Burrell; her children, Pamela Clark, Veronica Brown (Kevin), Marie Heaton, Bert Moody, Jr. (Sara) and Ramona Lockett; and her stepchildren, LaChelle Williams (Robert) and Basil Townes, Jr.. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
