She is survived by: her husband Tom Conner; her son Lucas Hayworth (Anjelica) of Moravia, IA; her stepdaughter Amber Aschan of Des Moines, IA; her grandsons, Charlie, Carter Hayworth, Jordan and Noah Aschan; and her sisters, Dorothy Cowlen, Maureen Nalevanko and Linda Klostermann (Smiley).
