She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bobbie Foster of Des Moines, Billie Foster of Osceola, Thomas Foster, IV (Clover) of St Marys and Jeff Hall, Jr. of Des Moines; her former husband John Hall; her husband Edwin Best; her children, Jeff Hall, Sr. and Jennifer Foster; her grandchildren, Kim Hall, Holly Hall and Tammie Foster-Parisho; and her great grandchildren, Toni Buchman, James Thomas Prine and V. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens (121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
