He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa, Catherine, Michele, Jennifer and Rachel; his nieces, Donna Blacksmith (Bryan Jolliffe) and Stephanie Bates (Cliff); his nephew Stephen Blacksmith; his great-nephew Joshua; his great-niece Brittney; Isaac.
