She is survived by: her children, Phil Jr. of Des Moines and Audrey Grimm (Theodore) of Des Moines; her grandsons, Phil III, Jorge and Boseong of Des Moines; her great grandchildren, Braylon and Phil IV; and her siblings, Everett Johnson, Jr., David Johnson, Marlian Tate of Des Moines and Shirley Daniels of Des Moines. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
