She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hackett; her children, Michael Hackett (Monica), Laurie Hackett-Brown, Gary Hackett (Cathy) and Scott Hackett (Andrea); her grandchildren, Lindsey McNeley (Nick), Katie Carson (Andrew), Tyler Hackett, John Fontanini, Alexis Hagner (Bryce), Ava Hackett and Emma Hackett; her great grandchildren, Lily White, NinaLou McNeley and Hannah Brown; and her brothers, Ron Lehman (Sharon) and David Lehman (Bev Miles). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Hospital in Evelyn's memory.
