She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Boucher and Hattie Boucher (Altes); her husband Ralph G. Harter; her sons, Randy and Rudy; and her sisters, Pearl Pinck and Aileen Vallandingham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Jo Doty Tiffany (Harter) and Renee Keicher (Harter); her daughter-in-law Lorri Harter; and her grandchildren, Amy, Bud, Wendy, Randy, Jr., Eric, Scott, Natasha and Kailee.
