He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. and Fern; his son David; his sister Lois Shirley; and his wife Patricia Ann Jensen.
He is survived by: his children, Tom (Diane) and Sarah Heltman (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rodriguez (Xavi) and Mark (Jordan); and his children, Emily Heltman, Tim Heltman (Jessi), Ryan (Yi-Ching), Paul Child, Grace Wilkins (Hudson) and Adam (Tran). He is also survived by Child plus 10 great grandchildren.
