He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Failor. He is survived by: his mother Martha Failor (Triplett); his brother Steve Failor (Jill); his nieces, Melissa Edgar (Justin) and Brooke Smith (Tim); and his nephew Ben Failor (Lesley).
