He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Reed and Mollie Reed; his wife Betty; his grandsons, Gary Hittle and Michael Reed; and his siblings, Irene Peterson, Clifford Reed and Eugene Reed.

He is survived by: his children, Tina Knight and Frank Reed, Jr.; his granddaughters, Crystal Clark (Jeff) and Carla Clarke (Allen); his great grandchildren, Kyle, Dakota, Hailey, Mallory, David, Devin and Ashley; and his great great grandchildren, Isabella and Kate. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
