He is survived by: his wife Marlene Elaine Schroeder; his children, Tena Stewart (John), Deborah Elston (Sean), Sherry Rivas and Alfredo Rivas, Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael, John (Lisa), Thomas, Lauren Stewart, Ericka, Logan Elston, Hans III (Valorie), Skyler Nissen, Jade Anderson and Adrienne Rivas; his great grandchildren, Josh, Lilian, Kelsey, Nate, Cooper, Jackson, Hans IV, Wyatt and Lucas; his siblings, Laurance (Phally), Joe, Vickie Rivas and Anita Petty; his niece Martha Alba; and his friend Lowell Abarr.
