He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel, Sr. O'Donnell and Delores O'Donnell (Daughenbaugh); and his son Sammy. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Habben (Nathan) and Heather Evans (Josh); his grandchildren, Connor, Carter, Haley, Silas, Mila and Roman; his siblings, Dan (Kris), Jim (Terrie), Dennis (Teri), Mark (Tonya), John (Rhonda), Mary Kay (Craig), Mary Beth (Dave) and Tim (Anj); his parents-in-law, Patricia Campbell and Chuck Campbell (Chris); and his brothers-in-law, Steve Vasey (Denise) and Charlie Campbell (Tracy). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to two charities very close to his heart: The Ripple Effect and/or O'Donnell & Friends Charities, in loving memory of Gary. • The Ripple Effect is a charity established by Gary's family in 2017.
