He was predeceased by: his parents, A. T. Roberts and Virginia Roberts; his daughter Renee Marie Roberts; his sisters, Susan Gillette and Maria Rothmeyer; his niece Michelle Harmon (Garrett); and his nephews, Michael "Mick" Adams and Troy Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Roberts; his son Bradley Roberts; his sister Reah Adamson (Doug); his siblings-in-law, Terri Akins, Lori Ann Clark, Don Hardenbrook, Ron Hardenbrook and Randy Hardenbrook; his granddaughters, Haley Roberts and Adison Roberts; and his great grandchild Archer Weidman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
