He is survived by: his daughter Tracey Lynn Waits Lukasak (Chris); his wife Karen; his stepchildren, Diana Oberender (Darwin) and Matthew Cade (Stephanie); his siblings, Candi Scritchfield (Mark), Donnie Waits (Darlene) and Debbie Waits; his grandchildren, Kelsey (Nic), Jeffrey Lukasak, Desiree Folsom (Brandon), Ansley Page (Nikki), Avery Cade (Kailyn), Harrison Cade, Zach Davis and Chase Davis; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Gavin, Aurora, Charlie, Mya, Hannah and Elin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
