He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Tubaugh and Cora Tubaugh (Stocker); his wife Joan Tubaugh (Wilcoxson); and his sisters, Carol and Betty Tubaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Maly (Rick) and Scott Tubaugh (Eileen); his grandchildren, Mike Maly (Vanessa) and Susan Williems (James); his stepgranddaughters, Heather Hawkins, Jennifer Crawford, Danielle Armstrong, Marissa Armstrong and Faith Armstrong; his great grandchildren, Carter Padgett and Elise Allen; and his siblings, Mary Tubaugh and Larry Tubaugh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
