With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gerold Weldon (Des Moines, Iowa), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gerold left this world on March 10, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerold Weldon and Charlotte Weldon; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Linden; his children, Jeni Weldon Van Wyk (Adam), Kerry Feuling (Matt Sarcone) and Joe Weldon (Katie); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Jerrod, Dylan, Olivia, Josh, Daniel and Patrick; his in-laws, Shelley Weldon, Paul, Elaine Linden, John and Nancy Linden; and his nieces and nephews, John, David, Abby, Alex, Tanner and Kristina.
As grandchildren came along, there were similar trips for them, including a post-Covid cruise to Alaska which they all loved and are even more thankful for today.
