He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Jennings (Susie) and Scott Jennings (Tambra). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Ellis was my uncle, we never did get to meet though. His dad was my grand dad, the only grand dad I knew as he and my Gamma were together over 20 years before he passed. Grand dad always said what an amazing man Ellis was and he loved his children and grand children very much. I wish I would have met Ellis, many cousins have told me how wonderful he was. I look at his picture and for a moment can see Ray. Rest in Peace Uncle Ellis.”
