She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Imhoff and George Imhoff; her husband John Buckingham; her children, Gene D and Gerald C Buckingham; her grandchild Clover Frisk; and her brothers, Charles, Harry and Roscoe Imhoff.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Buckingham (Jaonne), Lois Duncan and Jewel Nicholson (Pat). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 9 great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (650 NE 52nd Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to All Saints Catholic Church.
