She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Goforth and Olive Goforth (Clark); her husband Jack; her grandsons, Nicholaus and Austin; and her daughter-in-law Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie (Janet), Terry (Nikki) and Melissa (John); her grandchildren, Brennan (Sierra), Maddie (Ramiro), Lannie (JD), Lexis, Chantz (Lexi), Keaton, Kynsie (Travis) and Kealie (Joey); her great grandchildren, Cienna, Rilen, Grayson, Easton, Jack, Tillie, Miya, Remii, London, Tallen, Bridger, Journi, Kooper, Mason, Odin, Phoenix, Wren and Hattie; her great great grandchild Klay; her brother Cecil Dean (Joyce); her brother-in-law Bill; and her pet Chang. She is also survived by other loving relatives and many special friends.
