He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Foland and Mabel Foland (McDowell); his daughter Barbara Jean Foland; and his sister Betty Bethards. He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Parson; his son Ben Foland; his granddaughters, Darcey, Amber and Katie Foland; his daughter Roxann Tomlinson (David); and his grandchildren, Jana Potts (Mike) and Jason Tomlinson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grand River Cemetery in Decatur County in loving memory of Gene.
