He was predeceased by: his parent Clara Notch; his wife Barbara; his former wife Diane; his brothers, Albert, Don, Dick and Ralph Notch; and his siblings-in-law, Vincent Lenk, Edward Polak and Janice Notch.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Notch, Sheree Archila (Estuardo), John Notch and Jennifer Selby (Joseph); his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Nathan (Madison), Emily, Tatiana (Tania) and Jayla Notch; his children, Alejandro, Adriana Archila Notch, Morgan, Jonathan (Kamryn) and Nick Notch; his siblings, Alvin Notch (Diane), Mary Lenk, Doris Pachan (Eddie), Bernice Polak and Dorene Lenk (Lawrence); and his sisters-in-law, Marlys Notch and Donna Notch.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home (5400 SW 9th St, Des Moines, IA 50315). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
