He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clark and Lena Clark (Baker); and his wife Shirley Cousins Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Sue Carr, Jeanni Bain and Cindy Morrison (Dean); and his siblings, Norma Emerson, Elaine Clark and Dick Clark. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
