He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Vermie (Burnett) and Wilmer Vermie. He is survived by: his foster daughter Clem (Boy Scouts); his wife Holly; his children, Lonnie Myklebust (John) and Byron (Denise); his stepson Heath Swartzbaugh (Ashley); his siblings, Russ Vermie (Vicki) and Suzie Fagen (Robert); his grandchildren, Haley West (Jordan), Hansen Vermie (Brooklynn), Harrison Vermie (Carson) and Nick Myklebust; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Jameson West, Blakeley and Hadley Vermie (family: Clem, David, Dashiell, Neo). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many cousins and lots of cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made in Jack's name to Mitchellville's Public Library or the Mitchellville Community Center.
