He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ballantini; his brother Kenneth Avery III; and his grandmother Ann Wardell. He is survived by: his father Richard Ballantini; and his sisters, Lora Wyckoff (Don), Kimberly Avery and Lisa Hobbs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
