With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Loft (Des Moines, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Knight and Maxine Knight (Wall); her husband Carl Loft; her mother-in-law Deloris Loft; and her brother Kenneth Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Steven E. Johnson (Ruth), Kevin A. Johnson (Marianne), Missy A. Johnson and Annie Johnson; her sister Barb Hefley; her grandchildren, Daniel Johnson, Andraya (Tyler), Andrew, Aaric (Julia) and Bryttany (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Quinn, Rowan, Ash, Garick and Rory "Little Pistol".
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to her daughter, Diana "Annie" Johnson to be used to help with burial and headstone expenses.
