Jerry Card Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Card (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Card and Irene Card; his sister Joanne; and his wife Janet. He is survived by: his children, Deb (Norm), Mindy and John (Lori); his grandchildren, Kyle Card, Matthew Card, Anna Ryon (Paul), Paul McCleary (Jackie) and Scott McCleary (Christina); his great grandchildren, Theo, Mavis, Nora and Lucy; his brother Larry Card; and his brother-in-law Larry Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Donations may be directed to the Ankeny Fire Department, Alzheimer's Association or to his family to be used for a memorial yet to be determined.
