She was predeceased by: her parents, George Noble and Maude Noble (Scott); her husband John Holmes; and her siblings, Richard Noble, George Noble, Sharon Nelson and Pauline Wacome.
She is survived by: her children, John (LaRue), Janet Cornelissens, Jerry (Cheryl) and James (Denise); her grandchildren, Jeff, Jami, Joelle, Katie, Michelle, Jennifer, Jake, Jessica, Ashley, Stephanie and Heather; her sister Phyllis Wendt; her sister-in-law Dianna Cosner; and her daughter-in-law Toni Holmes. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa in loving memory of Joanne.
