He was predeceased by: his father Joe Motsinger; his stepfather James F. Lucas; and his sister JoAnn Severino. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Motsinger (Forkner); his children, Katie Choate (Danny), Crystal Grout (Randy Banks) and Joe Lucas (Amanda); his siblings, Neil Jay Lucas (Kalyn), James Lucas (Rhonda), Rosemary Lucas, Kathy Fast, Jolene Bahri and Deann Schipper; his grandchildren, Daniel, Thomas, Casey, Christian, Jeanie, Hannah, Whitney (Chase), Hayden, Mason and Sawyer; and his great grandchild Hayes. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
