He was predeceased by: his parents, John Finley and Mary Finley (Feruglio); his wife Betty; and his daughter Kimberly Reese. He is survived by: his children, Tom Finley (Diane) and Leslie Kuhlke (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Danielle Sanger (Nicholas), Brenton Reese (Casandra), Alivia DeLong (Colton), Amanda Kuhlke-Johnson (Micah) and Michelle Chiquet (Sean). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
