He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Fothergill (Velma Kading) and Velma Fothergill (Kading). He is survived by: his children, Terry (Gary Allen) of Naples, FL, Scott Fothergill (Kathy) of Bondurant and Dennis Fothergill (Rhonda) of Ottumwa; and his sister Wanda Gookin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
