He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frank and Virginia Frank; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Sharon and Jim; and his siblings, Gerry, Donald Jr., Carol and Margie. He is also survived by six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens (121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50313).
