He is survived by: his wife Kim; his sons, John III (Malissa) and Austin Martindale (Steph); his grandchildren, Evellyn, Kinsey, Nolan, Kevin and Abriella; and his brother Bob Martindale (Karla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; a host of extended family.
