He is survived by: his wife Debbra; his children, Mary Spencer (Kevin), Rose Booth (Chad), Brandi Booth, Johnny Booth Jr. and Aaron Booth (Jacey); and his siblings, Robert Booth, Mary Hatzigianakus (George), Donald Booth (Debbie) and Fran Quirk. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
