He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Fullerton and Anna Crockett Fullerton; his brothers, Daniel of Des Moines and James (Jenn) of Chicago; and his nieces, Miranda and Ashley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of good friends.
