She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie June Long and Mike Otis Stout Jr. Jorja; her husband Garry Foster; her brothers, Loren and Michael Stout; and her former husband Bobby Mooney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Mooney and Katie Parker (Mike); her grandchildren, Robert Parker (Jessi), Ethan Parker and Rylan Parker; her great grandchildren, Dilynn and Noah Parker; and her siblings, Carole Miller, Judy Stout, Janie Losee (Lynn Bartels), Richard Stout (Cheryl), Patty Couch (Roger) and Brian Stout. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
