He was predeceased by: his parents, John Biegger and Agnes Biegger; his wife Margaret; and his brothers, Jack and Bill.

He is survived by: his sons, John (Debbi), Brian (Kim), David (Beth), Mark (Mary) and Mike (Colleen); and his sisters, Darlene (DonMoyer) and Dorothy (Seamands). He is also survived by his sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
