He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dullard and Marie Dullard of Maxwell, Iowa.; his brother John; and his pet CocoChanel. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jane; his sons, Stephen (Deb) and Daniel (Kristy); his grandsons, Connor, Matthew (Carlieann), Blake and Sean; his brother Thomas; and his sister-in-law June Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
