She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ballard and Sally Jane Allen (Folsom); her sister Susan Marie; and her brother-in-law Patrick Nassif. She is survived by: her husband William Goodwin "Bill"; her children, Kathryn Anne Goodwin of Morgan Hill, California and William Noel Goodwin II (Jeannie); her grandchildren, Haley Kathryn Goodwin, Riley Elizabeth Bunkers, Denisse Hernandez and Art Ruiz; her great grandchildren, Georgia Lynn McLure, Miah Hernandez, Emma Hernandez and Logan Ruiz; and her sisters, Kathryn Allen Mason (Bruce) of Richmond, Virginia and Mary Allen Nassif of Issaquah, Washington. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Food Bank of Iowa.
