She was predeceased by: her parents, Hank Claybaugh and Nellie Claybaugh; her son Douglas Ames; her son-in-law Steven Gerling; her stepsons, David Anzivino and Peter Anzivino; and her brothers, Darwin Claybaugh and Dale Claybaugh.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Anzivino; her children, Danny Ames, Toby Ames, Mary Anzivino and Rebekah Gerling; her grandchildren, Josh Ames, Rylee McCormick, Nick Ames, Eva Ames, Andy Ames, Mark Ames, Jami English, Jessica Hamilton, Sarah Rodriguez (David), Michael Anzivino, David Anzivino, Catylyn Anzivino and Mandy Anzivino; and her sister-in-law June Claybaugh. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (520 NW 36th St, Ankeny, IA 50023). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family for a future designation.
