She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Daniel and Louie Sindia Evelyn Durell (Bronson); her daughter Patricia Kay Hughes; and her siblings, Helen (Earl Nussbaum), Pauline (Richard Baker), Marjorie (Richard Carson), Jim (Barb Durell) and Billy Leon Durell.
She is survived by: her former spouse Hollie Everett Hughes; her granddaughter-in-law Amy Novak; her children, Diana Hughes of Collinsville, Dennis Hughes of Leon and Peggy Ballard (Mickey) of Dewey, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Amy Novak), Amy (Jeff Finney), Tracy (Cody Harper), Travis (Linessa Hughes), Todd (Chelsie Hughes), Heidi (Rusty Hicks), Hillary Weir and Holly (Andrew Rash); Junior and Karen Jennings.
Memorials will be donated to glaucoma research.
