She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn McCarty and Jeanette McCarty; her husband Kenny Bright; her grandson Nick Hildreth; her son-in-law Terry Beavers; her brothers, Patrick McCarty and Timothy McCarty; her brother-in-law Jerry Wellner; and her close friend Marilyn Conn.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Lehman (Loreta), Tim West, David West (Mae) and Lori Beavers; her siblings, David McCarty (Diane), Billy McCarty (Euwanna), Michael McCarty, Nadine Wellner and Cherie Bancroft (Gary); and her former husband Lon Evans. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions can be made to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa or the Billy Graham Evangelical Association in loving memory of Kathy Evans.
