He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shivers and Rosie Shivers; his brothers, Kenny Shivers and Kent Shivers; and his sister-in-law Lois Shivers.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Shivers; his sons, Koby (Mandee) and Kray (Shawna); his grandchildren, Thatcher, Lorelei, Hallie, Emmalinn and Lincoln; his siblings, Kurt Shivers and Karla Van; and his in-laws, Doug Wiles (Anna) and Tim Wiles (Lori). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Rising Sun Church of Christ (6390 NE Rising Sun Dr, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
