Kendrick Manus Obituary

We bid farewell to Kendrick Manus (Des Moines, Iowa), born in Clinton, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 11, 2025 at the age of 37. Kendrick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth Venhuizen, George Manus, Dan Mercer, Judy Mercer-Lust and Clarence Stupka.

He is survived by: his mother Kam Stupka; his stepfather Steve Stupka; his father Kerry Manus; his stepmother Jennifer Manus; his siblings, Stephen Manus (Makenzie), Mikayla Rodriguez (Francisco), Teagan Bartholomew (Bryce), Eliot Manus, Jordan Stupka and Ashley Jacobs (Brandon); his grandmothers, Bette Venhuizen, Mary Manus and Marlene Stupka; and his siblings' children, Kenlie, Maisie Manus, Ezekial Rodriguez, Beau and Brody Jacobs. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hope Elim Church (2500 University Ave, Des Moines, IA 50311). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers/trees, the family is requesting memorial contributions to Hope+Elim Men's Ministry.
