He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Kim (Lorna Johnson) and Deb (Mike Gilchrist); his granddaughters, Alexandra and Camryn Gilchrist; and his siblings, Melva White and James King (Nancy). He is also survived by eight brothers- and sisters-in-law; and his many nieces and nephews.
