He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Rasmussen and Evelyn Rasmussen; his wife Alice; his daughters, Melanie Blakeley (John) and Deanne Underwood (Russ); his grandchildren, Alicia Neururer (Ryan), Aaron Underwood (Alyssa), Justin Underwood, Alyson and Abby Blakeley; and his sister Mary Bratt (John). He was also cherished by 3 great grandchildren.
