He is survived by: his siblings, Virgil, Duane and Ella Mae; his wife Barbara McClain; his children, Kevin, Julie McClain, Linda and Dave Everett; his grandchildren, Samantha Hayden, Nikki, Billy Fisher, Zach, Bailey McClain, Alex, Ashlee Everett, Casey and Lisa Everett; and his great grandchildren, Max, Maddy, Mason Hayden, Kael, Vincent Fisher, Austin, Madelyn, Wyatt Everett, Caden and Rylan Everett.
Kenneth Ivan McClain passed peacefully away on the morning of October 26, 2023 at Glen Oaks Alzheimer's Care Center in Urbandale where he had resided since June 2022.
